Back by popular demand, we have just released additional stock of our very own “Emotional Intelligence & Negotiation” booklet written by our Managing Director, Andrea Cordell.
This was Cordie’s first publication first published back in 2004 when we were operating under the banner of ‘the soft skills specialists’. The book charts the link between the emotional intelligence of the negotiator and the likely success of the outcome. It shows how business professionals can develop their E.I. and use it to hone their negotiation and influencing skills.
Author Andrea Cordell was reported: “I was delighted to hear there is still interest in the research work that I undertook back at Henley Business School with Professor Malcolm Higgs. This was my first book and helped to challenge the underlying culture of the procurement profession to use more ‘soft skills’.
