Global Sales Negotiation Programme

Negotiation is perhaps the one universal skill that all commercial managers, however senior, need to maintain and continue to work on throughout their professional career. One example of this is a global sales negotiation programme that Cordie has continued to deliver over the past seven years. Even during the pandemic lockdown, we have continued to deliver online virtual sales training for one of our global clients based throughout Japan, China, Singapore, India, Europe, UK, LatAm and the US.

Cordie has recently concluded another cohort of this training which offers a 4-day practical sales negotiation training for account managers and a 2-day practical sales negotiation training for customer support staff. As well as covering the fundamentals of a negotiation toolkit, we have provided customised negotiation simulations with tailored feedback in order to equip staff with the key skills and techniques of negotiation.
