Come visit us in the historic coastal town of Christchurch, nestled between award-winning beaches and the breath-taking New Forest. The town has plenty of history, dating back to 650 AD, and was formerly known in Saxon times as Tweoxneam (meaning “two rivers” because of its situation at the confluence of the rivers Avon and Stour). Christchurch’s priory dates back to the 11th century and is reported to be the longest church in England.
Aside of this amazing history, Christchurch itself is a market town with a thriving high street and plenty of boutiques and tea shops for visitors. It has excellent links to the national road and rail network and is only 25 minutes from Bournemouth International Airport.
