Quality & Accreditations

Quality is critical to everything we do at Cordie. As an award-winning and accredited independent training provider, all of our services centre on providing an excellent service to our learners and their Employers (our clients).

There are three main areas of our quality focus:

  1. Safety and welfare

    Learner safety is paramount for us. We take our safeguarding responsibilities very seriously and will always put safety, welfare and safeguarding first. You can access our Safeguarding Policy here.

  2. learner achievements

    Delivering on learner outcomes and achievements is critical for our success, and we want you to be part of our success story. Our Quality Management Procedures are based on ISO 9001 principles and customised to meet the requirements of the UK Government’s Education Inspection Framework. We operate an annual process of self-assessment reporting on quality standards, combined with half-yearly reviews on quality improvement progress. This is championed at the highest level of our corporate governance. In addition, Cordie maintains a number of key accreditations, such as the Matrix Standard for our provision of additional information, advice and guidance to all learners in support of their studies and their professional and personal development. Cordie has been an approved study centre and provider of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) qualifications since 2006. We have achieved the highest standard of their accreditations (a “Centre of Excellence”) for over 10 years for our outstanding learner achievements in terms of exam success and customer satisfaction.

We are proud of our exam successes (some of the highest pass-rates in the world), but also delight in broader learner achievements such as increased employability, personal development and career enhancement.

Keeping learner information and personal data secure is imperative at Cordie. We are proud to maintain our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations year-on-year.
