Yesterday was CIPS Graduation day and once again Cordie was there to celebrate the achievements of many CIPS learners and apprentices from around the world.
A special mention goes to Sarah Wallace MCIPS (Chartered) who began her learning journey with us as one of our apprentices in 2019 and now heads up our apprenticeship delivery team.
Joining Sarah at the magnificent venue of Peterborough Cathedral were several of our CIPS students who have successfully passed the 24 exams required to attain the Level 4 Diploma, the Level 5 Advanced Diploma and the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply.
The annual Graduation Ceremony is a chance to celebrate these successes with family and loved ones. All graduands get the chance to wear the CIPS robes and mortar board and go up onto the ceremonial platform to receive their qualification certificates.
This year was a special year for Al O’Reilly who has faithfully served as Cordie’s study centre manager for the past 12 years. Al was guest of honour on the VIP platform and got to witness the award of qualifications to a number of Cordie students and apprentices throughout the day. It involved a lot of clapping!
