Once again, we are pleased to celebrate the success for our apprentices completing their End Point Assessments on the Level 4 Commercial Apprenticeship in Procurement & Supply. During the last submission round, Cordie apprentices continued the 100% pass-rate, as well as our 50% achieving distinctions.
A specific shout-out must go to Laura, one of our retail apprentices from Hobbycraft, who passed all of her exams to gain the Level 4 CIPS Diploma and then topped this off with a well-earned distinction in her End Point Assessment – well done Laura!
The Commercial Apprenticeship in Procurement & Supply is a levy-funded qualification from the Government’s Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) lasting up to 24 months covering a specific range of key knowledge, skills and behaviours in procurement. It necessitates completion of the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply, as well as an End Point Assessment (EPA).
The EPA requires the submission of an extensive 5000-word case study requiring each apprentice to demonstrate the application of essential knowledge skills and behaviours gained in the first 18-months of their apprenticeship. As well as the submission of a written case study supported with an appropriate literature review, apprentices are required to deliver a presentation and answer questions relating to their work.
